These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.bn3th.se website and forms a contract between you and the Swedish company Olofsson Company AB with registration number SE556781-252301, and head office address as follows: Dalhemsvägen 52 nb, SE-141 46 Huddinge (Stockholm), Sweden. (Hereinafter Olofsson Company AB) By making a purchase from O/C Company AB, and using this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Before and when using our site, please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use.
If you go to www.bn3th.com and click on the flag in upper left corner you can choose EU or Swedish flag. Click either flag and you will be sent back to this site. We are an official distibutor for BN3TH. So purchaces from us are 100% safe.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order Olofsson Company AB will send an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address at once when we have received your order. This as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter your e-mail address correct when placing your order. We recommend saving this electronic order confirmation / proof of purchase in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future.
SHIPPING
We try our hardest to ship all orders (International and domestic) within 1 business day from when you’ve placed your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Sweden: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-6 business days
We ship internationally to all countries inside EU.
When ordering to an address in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark or Germany we offer free shipping from 599SEK/59€.
Free shipping from 100 Euro to most other EU countries. Order below that there is a shipping fee from 12€.
During BLACK FRIDAY or SUMMER SALE the offer for free shipping can be changed and shipping cost might be changed due to added costs from shipping companies during those periods.
Thanks to our VOEC connection orders to Norway will not have extra costs (custom fees or VAT). Price on the site is what you pay.
Your order is carried out through DHL or Postnord.
During BLACK FRIDAY or SUMMER SALE the offer for free shipping can be changed.

TAXES
All prices shown on the Olofsson Company AB website, www.bn3th.se, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.In Switzerland prices are without VAT and that will be added in customs.
RETURNS
When shopping at bn3th.se you’re always entitled to a 30 days’ full refund guarantee. Return your order undamaged and in its original packaging within 30 days and we will give you your money back. We require all packages to be wrapped carefully to accept your return. Please note that the shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in the case of a return. We will refund your money no more than 5 business days after we have received your return. Refunds will be made through your original transaction method.
The return cost is not covered by Olofsson Company AB.

Do you want to exchange your products for another size? The 30-day guarantee covers that as well. Please contact info@mypakage.se and let us know, ship the product you wish to exchange back to us and we'll send out your new product as soon as possible.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If DHL can’t deliver your order to you a return fee of 20 EUR will be charged to you.

If O/C Company AB fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances like strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Olofsson Company AB shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control like a bow mentioned.
